Mrs. Rosa Belle Harris Robbins died Tuesday, June 17, 2003. She was a native of Castleberry and a resident of Brewton since she was 12 years old. She was a member of Baptist Hill Missionary Baptist Church, the Eastern Star and International Benevolent Society. She was a cosmetologist and owned her own business for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Clifford Robbins and a daughter, Cliffordean Robbins Carr.
She is survived by two daughters, Mary Agnes Humphrey and Frances Kate Dennis; an adopted sister, Naomi Beard; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and a number of other family and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 21, at 2 p.m. at Baptist Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. S.C. Tucker officiating. Burial followed at Baptist Hill Cemetery with Presley-Fluker Funeral Home directing.
