Brewton Parks and Recreation board chairman Roger Chapman said that with the help of United Fund, his organization touches the life of almost every local resident.
The organization is responsible for Little League and Babe Ruth baseball, for youth football leagues, city pools and men's softball.
Brewton Parks and Recreation is one of 15 agencies that will benefit from the $90,000 United Fund hopes to raise for 2005.
