Brewton senior policeman Lt. Bob Findley, who joined the force in 1952, was named Policeman of the Year by the Brewton Kiwanis Clulb.
Two Miami, Fla., residents recently assumed ownership of Sheltex Manufacturing Co. on 717 St. Nicholas Ave., purchasing the weaving plant from Bill Liss, also of Miami.
