T.R. Miller High School will host its second annual boys and girls summer basketball tournament Thursday through Sunday.
Tentative participants in the girls division along with the host Lady Tigers include Andalusia, McIntosh, Northview (Fla.), Flomaton, W.S. Neal, Escambia County, Clarke County, Greenville, Central (Fla.) and Hillcrest-Evergreen.
The tentative boys field includes Flomaton, Excel, Smiths Station, Satsuma, Monroe County, Northview (Fla.), Baldwin County, Highland Home, Brantley, Milton (Fla.), Hillcrest-Evergreen, Luverne, Clarke County and J.F. Shields.
Both the T.R. Miller girls and boys teams are expected to enter a varsity and a junior varsity team in the tournament.
The Lady Tigers' varsity will play Escambia County Thursday at 9 a.m.
T.R. Miller's Friday games are against W.S. Neal at 10:40 a.m., Hillcrest-Evergreen at 12:20 p.m. and Clarke County at 4:30 p.m.
Saturday's slate for the Lady Tigers include games against Central at 2 p.m. and Andalusia at 2:50 p.m.
T.R. Miller's girls close out the tournament Sunday at 9 a.m. against Greenville.
T.R. Miller's junior varsity girls open their portion of the tournament Thursday at 4:50 p.m. against Northview followed by games against Flomaton at 5:40 p.m. and W.S. Neal at 8:10 p.m.
Friday's games for the T.R. Miller girls junior varsity are against Central at 9:50 a.m., Clarke County at 1:10 p.m. and McIntosh at 10:20 p.m.
On Saturday, the T.R. Miller girls junior varsity plays Greenville at 10:40 a.m. and Hillcrest-Evergreen at 2 p.m. The Lady Tigers JV concludes play Sunday with a game against Escambia County at 9 a.m.
W.S. Neal's girls open play Thursday against Flomaton at 4 p.m. and T.R. Miller's junior varsity at 8:10 p.m.
On Friday, the Lady Blue Eagles play T.R. Miller at 10:40 a.m. and Andalusia at 1:10 p.m.
On Saturday, W.S. Neal's girls play McIntosh at 9 a.m.
