Mrs. Ruby Jean Findley, 63, died Friday, July 29, 2005, in a Birmingham hospital. She was a native and life long resident of Escambia County, Ala. She was a member of North Brewton Baptist Church and a child care provider for a number of years.
She is survived by her husband, Russell Findley of Brewton; her mother, Thelma Turner of Brewton; one son, Robby Findley of Albertville; one daughter, Michael Findley of Birmingham; two brothers, Jackie Turner and Rex Turner, both of Brewton; and God-grandchildren, Phillip and Jernigan Nordmeyer.
A memorial service was held Sunday, July 31, at 2:30 p.m. from the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with the Rev. John Finklea officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Liver Foundation, 617 Lorna Square, Birmingham, AL 35216.
