A vehicle accident on Forrest Avenue in East Brewton resulted in one person being transported to D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital.
The East Brewton Police responded to a call at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday involving Jessica Lynn Rose of 209 Grantham Street in East Brewton. According to Officer John Smith, Rose was traveling south on Forrest Avenue in a 2004 Pontiac Gran Prix when she lost control of the vehicle. The car went across the northbound lane of traffic, clipped a guide wire, ran through a privacy fence and came to rest in a vacant lot at the corner of Dailey Street and Forrest Avenue.
The victim was transported to the hospital and her condition was not available.
