Brewton
Mr. Oscar Lee Bibb, 79, died June 19, 2006. He was a native of Birmingham and a resident of Brewton for many years. He was a member of Second Saint Siloam Baptist Church and retired from T.R. Miller Mill Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Mae Nobles Bibb and a daughter, Cathy Lou Bibb Smith.
He is survived by his son, Oscar Bibb Jr. of Milton, Fla.; three grandchildren, William Deon (Azale) Smith and Dwight Smith, both of Brewton, and Jennifer Bibb of Milton; a brother-in-law, Carl Allen Smith of Brewton; a sister-in-law, Bertha (David) Union III of Brewton, and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Saturday, June 24, at 11 a.m. at Second Saint Siloam Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Willie J. Blue officiating. Burial followed at Baptist Hill Cemetery with Presley-Fluker funeral Home directing.
