W.S. Neal High School will have a new assistant principal for the upcoming school year.
Patricia Frazier, a special education teacher at W.S. Neal Middle School, was promoted by the Escambia County School Board Thursday. She takes the place of former assistant principal Randall Little, who is now an assistant superintendent for the school system.
Frazier's promotion was among several personnel changes approved Thursday. Other personnel actions included:
