TRM' Smith makes
all-tournament team
T.R. Miller freshman Nakiya Smith was the Lady Tigers' lone selection to the All-Tournament Team at the Robert Burke Classic held at Pensacola Catholic last week.
Smith led the Lady Tigers in scoring in all three games, twice outright and once shared, and finished the tournament with a team-high 26 points.
Lady Warhawks softball sets schedule for 2007
The Jefferson Davis Community College Lady Warhawks softball team has set its tentative schedule for the 2007 season.
JDCC will kick off its season with a home doubleheader against Central Alabama.
The Lady Warhawks will participate in two tournaments with an appearance at Wallace State-Dothan Feb. 10-11 and Okaloosa-Walton Mar. 16-17.
JDCC's first Alabama Community College Conference south division action comes Mar. 23 with a doubleheader at Enterprise-Ozark.
