Tropical Storm Fay update
David Adams, Escambia County's emergency management director, said Tropical Storm Fay could bring plenty of water to the Brewton area as well as the remaining portions of South Alabama by Sunday.
The storm, which was stationary Thursday afternoon, is expected to track westward across Florida and into the Florida panhandle, Adams said.
Rainfall of three to six inches would be expected under current conditions of the storm, Adams said, but could reach as much as eight to 10 inches or up to 15 inches in some isolated areas.
