Mrs. Louise Adams, 81, died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008, in Fort Pierce, Fla.
She was a native of Frisco City and moved to Fort Pierce n 1948, coming from Brewton.
She was a homemaker and attended the First Baptist Church in White City. She was preceded in death by her stepson, Tyron Adams, three sisters, Pearl Ming, Ann Wilson and Mildred Dean; a granddaughter, Selena Cornelia Kessler.
She is survived by her sons, Bill Adams of Mineral Bluff, Ga., Ronald Adams and Harry Adams, both of Fort Pierce; her daughters, Loretta Milton, Mary Johnson, Dottie Adams, Jandreau and Jerri “Penny” Knight, all of Fort Pierce; a stepson, Harry E. Adams of Fayetteville, N.C.; a brother, Wilbur Guy of Flomaton; three sisters, Elva Josey of Castleberry, Mary Emmons of Flomaton, and Madie Chavers of Mobile; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Nov. 14, at 10 a.m. at the chapel of Haisley Funeral Home in Fort Pierce. Burial followed at White City Cemetery with Haisley Funeral Home directing.
