A standing room only crowd greeted U.S. Rep. Jo Bonner Thursday in East Brewton for a town hall meeting that focused mainly on health care.
Bonner held up two binders full of pages of the health care reform bill currently being considered before the House. "I am whole-heartedly opposed to this," he said.
But Bonner said he is not necessarily opposed to reform, but he does not support the measures in the bill, particularly the so-called "public option," which he said amounts to socialized medicine.
