Emergency Management Director David Adams said officials are keeping their eyes open and keeping a watch on the amount of water in downtown Brewton. While there are no bridge closings at the present, the situation is being monitored.
Ann Street, running under the railroad tracks near Citation, was closed as of this morning.
Murder Creek, at 11:30 a.m. was at 20.78 feet, while 22 feet is considered flood stage.
Adams urged people to be cautious as rainfall amounts remain high.
