Ivelee Faircloth Baker

Mrs. Ivelee Faircloth Baker, 74, died Friday, Oct. 8, 2010 at her residence after a brief illness. She was a native and life long resident of the Sandcut community and a retired teacher’s assistant with the Conecuh County Junior High School. She attended London Baptist Church and was an election pole worker during election time at the Sandcut Volunteer Fire Department. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Baker; and her parents, Narvie Lee and Gladys Faircloth and a sister, Betty Bradford.
She is survived by a son, Bill (Mary Janet) Baker of Castleberry; a daughter, Charlene (Tommy) Godwin of Castleberry; a sister, Earline (Mickey) Gray of Castleberry; a granddaughter, Elizabeth Godwin of Castleberry; three grandsons, Josh Baker of Brewton, Jacob Baker of Fort Riley, Kansas and Jared Baker of Castleberry.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Oct. 10 at 2 p.m. at the London Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Janes and the Rev. Irby Jackson officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Craver’s Funeral Home directing. Please share memories and condolences with the family at www.craversfh.com
