Mrs. Beavy Louise Wachob, 95, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010, at a local nursing facility. She was a native of Chipley and was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry O. and Eugenia Raye Sullivan; her husband of 71 years, Matthew Wachob; and a son, James Arlon Wachob.

She is survived by a son, Aaron (Emma) Wachob of Brewton; a daughter, Ellen (Rodger) Kott of Georgetown, Ga.; four grandchildren, Kenneth Wachob, Cyndi Dillard, Penny Stewart and Debbie Henderson; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Monday, Nov. 1, at 2 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home Chapel in Chipley, with the Rev. Wes Webb officiating. Burial followed at Glenwood Cemetery with Chapman Funeral Home of Eufaula directing.
