WSN track to begin season Thursday

The 2011 W.S. Neal High School Eagle track team will begin their season Thursday at Baker.
The Eagles, who are once again forced to have all their meets on the road due to problems at their home track, will have nine meets this spring.
The Eagles will travel to Baker, Montgomery Academy, Northview, Theodore, McGill-Toolen, UMS-Wright, and Central along with return trips to Baker and Northview.
The Eagles are under the direction of head coach Rebecca Massie and she is assisted by Daniel Hodge.
The 2011 W.S. Neal track schedule is as followed:
• Thursday, Feb. 17, Baker
• Saturday, March 5, Montgomery Academy Invitational
• Thursday, March 10, Northview
• Saturday, March 12, Southeastern Relays at Theodore
• Saturday, March 19, McGill-Toolen Invitational
• Wednesday, March 23, UMS-Wright Throwers Meet
• Tuesday, March 29, Baker
• Thursday, March 31, Northview
• Tuesday, April 5, Central
• Friday-Saturday, April 29-30, class 4A sectionals, Montgomery Academy
• Friday-Saturday, May 6-7, class 4A state meet, Gulf Shores
