In a Monday golf match in Monroeville, the T.R. Miller Tigers finished fifth out of six teams.
T.R. Miller shot a total team score of 185 to finish fifth. Thomasville won the match with a total score of 154 followed by host Monroe County in second with a score of 172.
Leroy placed third with a 178 and Excel placed fourth with a total score of 183. J.U. Blacksher finished sixth with a total score of 192.
Individual scorers for the Tigers was Daniel Bass leading the way with a score of 42 and Shan Fleming in second with a score of 46 for the Tigers. Will Smith posted a score of 48 and Mooney Nalty rounded out the Tigers with a score of 49.
T.R. Miller will have their next match in Montgomery in sectionals at the Arrowhead Country Club.
