Dancers from The Brewton Dance Studio are preparing for Sunday’s presentation of The Nutcracker. The annual presentation will begin at 2 p.m. at Jefferson Davis Community College’s Woodfin-Patterson Auditorium. Tickets are $5 at the door. Dancers scheduled to perform are Bridget Casey as Clara; Lauren Cook as Sugarplum Fairy; DeeDee Williams as the Rat King; Duncan Brittain as the Nutcracker; Patrick Weaver as the Toy Soldier; Sara Perkins and Haley Spinks as Snow Queens, Vivian Baker as the Flower Queen nd Ariell Fain as the Arabian. Ann Peevy is director for the stuido and the performance.
