Mrs. Celia Kate Chavers, 91, died Tuesday, March 27, 2012 in a local hospital. She was a native and life long resident of the Brewton area. She was retired from Monsanto and a member of Beulah Holiness Church.
She is survived by a brother, Willie Chavers of Huntsville; nieces and nephews, Linda Hutchcraft, Jodie Rolin, Frankie Cardwell, Rockie Cardwell and Madison Cardwell.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, March 29, at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Willie Chavers officiating. Burial followed in Beulah Cemetery with Craver’s Funeral Home directing.
