James David Cobb

Mr. James David Cobb, 63, of Pensacola, died Sunday, May 13, 2012 suddenly after injuries sustained in an automoblie accident. He was a native of Paul, and a long time resident of Pensacola. He was a machinest/welder in the metal works industry and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Debra Cobb of Pensacola; four sons, Jason (Suzzane) Cobb and Christopher Cobb, both of Mobile, and Jamie Cobb and Jacob (Ashley) Cobb, both of Pensacola; two step-sons, Bobby (Rebekah) Salter of Brewton, and Teddy Salter of Evergreen; two brothers, Greg Valasco of Pensacola, and Mac Allen Cobb of McKenzie; three sisters, Barbara Ann Smith and Donna Cobb, both of Evergreen, and Nita Odom of Pensacola; and three grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 18, at 11a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bishop Blaine Lawlor officiating. Burial will follow in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in the Paul community in Conecuh County, with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
