Mr. James Vinson Nix, 43, died Friday, May 18, 2012 in Mobile. He was a native of Evergreen and had been a resident of Flomaton for a number of years. He worked in the lawn care maintenance field and was of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his father, James A. Nix of Flomaton; a son, Allen Nix of Century, Fla.; three daughters, Ashley Nix, Lindsey Nix, and Britney Nix, all of Century; and one sister, Sunji Hunter of Century.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 23, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. William Stuckey officiating.  Burial will follow in Beulah Cemetery with Craver’s Funeral Home directing.
