Mr. Earl Carlton Crawford, 81, died Friday, May 25, 2012 in a local hospital. He was a native of Bradford, Ala., and had been a resident of Brewton since 1996, coming from New York. He was a Korean War veteran, having served with the U.S. Army. He was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Crawford.
He is survived by six children, Rose Mayfield of Sacramento, Calif., Debra Ereimta of Staten Island, N.Y., Jean McKeon of Staten Island, N,Y., Charles Crawford of Colinga, Calif., John Marvin (Juana) Crawford of Navarre, Fla, and David Crawford of Brewton; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 11 a.m. until service time.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at 12 noon from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with military honors.
