Ms. Deborah R. Myers died recently in Illinois. She was an art teacher for the Chicago Public Schools for more than 20 years. She was the daughter of Naomi J. and the late David J. Myers. She is survived by her brother, Leonard D. Myers; her step-father, Williams Geleerd Jr.; a stepbrother, William (Diane) Geleerd III; a stepsister, Jane (Peter) Hehemann; her uncle and aunts, Irwin and Phyllis Javinsky and Marjorie Sandberg Powell; and a number of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 18, at 10:30 at North Shore Congregation Israel in Glencoe, Ill. Burial will follow at Shalom Memorial Park with Piser Funeral Services directing.
