Sara Rolin Daw

Mrs. Sara Rolin Daw, 50, died Wednesday, October 10, in Jay. She was a native of Century, and a resident of Flomaton, and Century, for most of her life. She attended the Faith Bible Baptist Church. She was a Poarch Creek Indian and was preceded in death by her Parents, John and Charlie Mae Rolin.
She is survived by her husband, Ronnie Daw of Century; four sons, Van Roy Daw of Century, Woodrow Daw of Flomaton, Rody Daw of Perdido, and Coley Daw of Graceville, Fla.; two daughters, Carrie Sissy Daw of Century, and Candida Daw of Century; two brothers, Danny Rolin of Abelene, Texas, and Randy Rolin of Abelene, Texas; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m at the Petty- Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. William Stucky officiating. BurialĀ at Judson/Creek Indian Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Steve Emmons, Andy Rolin, Matt Rolin, Marcus Smith, Gary Miller and Clarence Rolin. Honorary pallbearers were Chris Bell, Matt Lambeth and John Leno.
