Katherine Laverne Pack Miller

Mrs Katherine Laverne Pack Miller, 85, died Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012 in a Pensacola, Fla., medical facility after a brief illness. She was a native and long time resident of Arkansas, and a former resident of Century, Fla., before moving to Pensacola. She was of the Baptist faith and a retired floral designer from J & L Florist North Little Rock, Ark. She was preceded in death by her parents, Odus and Velma Meeks Pack; her husband, Floyd Thomas Miller; three sisters, Jannette Miller, Virginia Yawn and Lynda Wilkinson; and a brother, Bobby Jo Pack.
She is survived by two sons, Larry Miller of Pensacola, and Tom (Julie) Miller of Crescent City, Calif.; two daughters, Doris (Gary) Dullard and Joyce (Jeff) Beckham, both of Pensacola; a brother- Odus J. Pack of North Little Rock, Ark.; a sister, Dorothy Easter of Jacksonville, Ark.; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 23, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Ron Headley officiating. Burial followed in Flomaton Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
