U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions, Rep.-AL, announced Thursday that in the 113th Congress, he would continue serving on the Senate Armed Services Committee, the Judiciary Committee, the Committee on Environment and Public Works, and as Ranking Member of the Budget Committee.
“I’m honored to continue serving on my committees from the 112th Congress, which have jurisdiction over some of the issues most important to my constituents back home,” Sessions said. “From enforcing the nation’s immigration laws to supporting our service members to warning about the imminent danger posed by an utterly unsustainable national debt, I look forward to working with my colleagues to confront these serious matters.”
