James Bruce Rabon

Mr. James Bruce Rabon, 68, died Sunday, March 17, 2013 at his Brewton residence. A native of Conecuh County, he had been a resident of Brewton for the past 22 years. He was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry and was attended Zion Hill Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry H. Rabon of Brewton; two sons, Richard James Rabon and Phillip Bruce Rabon, both of Brewton; two daughters, Angie (Jerry) Kast of Castleberry and Sheila (Jimmy) Jackson of Brewton; six brothers, Wilbur (Jeanette) Rabon, Levie (Rebecca) Rabon, Ernest (Deborah) Rabon, Joe Rabon, Darroll (Cindy) Rabon all of Castleberry, and Lester (Susan) Rabon of Brewton; three sisters, Irma (Donald) Pipkin of Evergreen, Sue (Craig) Boyd of Brewton, and Faye (Al) Dyess of Castleberry; three grandchildren, Hannah Jackson, Karl Kast, and Michael Kast; and one great-grandchild, Braden Jackson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 20, 2013 at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Elder Wayne Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Holland Cemetery in Castleberry.
