Mrs. Beulah Barnhill Price, 90, died Sunday, June 9, 2013 in a local nursing facility after a brief illness. She was a native of Laurel Hill, Fla., and a former resident of Dixie, where she attended Dixie School and Damascus School. She was a resident of Pensacola, Fla., for a number of years before moving to Brewton. She was of the Baptist faith and a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvin R. Price; and two sons, Kenneth Ard and Michael Price.
She is survived by three sons, Ronald Larcom of Boston, Mass., Stephen Price of Hixon, Tenn., and Edward Price of Cantonment, Fla.; one daughter, Gayle (Billy Earl) Cook of Brewton; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Thursday, June 12, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Dixie Community Church.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 13, at 11 a.m.
