Mr. Oscar James Pugh, 89, of the Babbie community in Covington County, died Saturday, July 6, 2013 at a local hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrlene Pugh and a son, Tommy Pugh.
He is survived by a special friend, Stella Henderson and several nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, July 10, at 2 p.m. at Cedar Grove Baptist Church with Brother Monroe Sasser officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Wyatt Funeral Home of Opp directing.
