Mrs. Alma Ree Wilson Allen, 78, of McGougin Road, died Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at her residence after a brief illness. She was a native and life long resident of Brewton. She was a retired caregiver and was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Allen, Sr.; an Infant Daughter; two grandsons, Dawayne Lisenby and Joey Allen; a brother, Floyd Wilson; and a sister, Lois Golden.
She is survived by two sons, Earl (Robin) Allen of Mobile, and Greg (Leshia) Allen of Brewton; two daughters, Jean Lisenby (Elton Stowers) of Brewton, and Peggy (Randall) Cobb of Andalusia; one sister, Clara Faye Burch of Brewton; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 31, at 10 a.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred White and the Rev. Byrnes Pitts officiating. Burial will follow in Weaver Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
