Judy Marie Smith

Ms. Judy Marie Smith, 57, of Flomaton, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, in Flomaton.

Ms. Smith was a native of Century, Fla., and a resident of the Century and Flomaton community the majority of her life coming from Hurley, Miss.  She had been an  employee of the Food Giant in Century for years and was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her father, Carl Turk of Hurley, Miss.; her mother, Marie Turk of Flomaton; sons, Michael (Sonja) Smith of East Brewton, Marcus (Vanessa) Smith of the McCall community, Brewton, and Timothy Nisewonger of Pensacola, Fla.; brothers, Jesse Turk of Flomaton, John Turk of Hurley, and Jimmy (Tessa) Turk of Ocean Springs, Miss.; sister, Joana Turk of Hurley; grandchildren; Brandon, Trevarly, Tristan, Taylor and Holliegh; and nieces and  nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel from 6 until 8 p.m.

Funeral services will be held Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Carl Wilson officiating.
