Ecy Clara Cohron, 89, of Brewton, passed away in Pensacola, Fla., on June 8, 2014.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Wiley Foster Cohron, and by her sons, Sidney Foster Cohron and Wiley Russell Cohron.
Surviving are her daughters, Linda Park (Bill), Lanette Shelby (Ken) and Audrey Trine; grandchildren, Bobby, James, Amanda and Misty; great-grandchildren, Sean, Camden, Jaden, Wiley, Tucker and Shelby; and several cousins, nieces and nephews of Brewton.
A private service will be held at a later date with Family-Funeral & Cremation handling the arrangements.
ROY EDWARD CAIN
Appleton
Roy Edward Cain, 68, passed away Sun., June 15, 2014, at his Appleton residence.
He was a native and life long resident of Appleton. He was an ordained Baptist minister and a master carpenter. He was a retired bridge and road crew foreman for Cedar Creek Land & Timber. He was a member of Pilgrims Chapel Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elie Cain and Mamie Smith Cain; brothers, Coy Lee Cain and L.V. Cain; sisters, Mearlean Powell, Lennie Mae Barnes, Dottie Faye Blair and Shirley Sessions; and grandson, Emilio “Buck” Rivera.
He is survived by his wife, Renee Cain; gour sons, Chris (Brooke) Cain, Shane (Shea) all of Appleton, Garry (Sharee) Cain of Moulton and Anthony (Kelly) Cain of Auburn; two daughters, Vaniesa Cain of Appleton and Melanie (Jason) Poulin of Waverly Hall, Ga.; three sisters, Daisy Black of Repton, Ruthie Moye of Monroeville and Pearl Hale of Brewton; 12 grandchildren, Colton, Kayla, Anah, Warren, Jesse, Ashton, Aimee, Michelle, Jonathan, Nikki, Matthew Logan and Gage; and four great-grandchildren, Carter, Norah, Sarah, Lily, and two on the way.
Funeral services were held on Wed., June 18, at 10 a.m., from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Fred White and Harlon Ard officiating. Interment followed in Cooper Cemetery.

EMMONS
Brewton
Nancy Louise Emmons, 81, of Brewton, passed away on Thurs., June 19, 2014.
She was a native of Bay Minette, but had lived most of her life in Brewton. She was a member of Brewton First Baptist Church and a loving mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John L. Brown and Susie Stewart Brown; her husband, Floyd Emmons; one daughter, Cathy Emmons Reese; two grandsons, Marcus Simmons and Trenton Simmons; two brothers, Buford Brown and Clyde Brown; and two sisters, Helen Parker and Lois Sims.
She is survived by one son, George “Jerry” Emmons of Jay, Fla.; four daughters, Linda (Ray) Simmons, Glenda (Kenneth) James and Elaine (Steve) Lisenby, all of Brewton, and Nelda (Dennis) Burkett of Foley; 16 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sat., June 28, at 4 p.m., at Craver’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Jack Fitts officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
Johnson Funeral Home of Monroeville and Craver’s Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
TEDDY JOHNSON
Castleberry
Teddy Johnson, 92, passed away Mon., June 23, 2014, at his Castleberry residence.
He was a life long resident of Castleberry and a veteran of World War II, having served with the U.S. Army Air Corp. He worked as a logger for a number of years, and was of the Protestant faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louie P. Johnson, and a number of brothers and sisters.
He is survived by two sons, Harold (Debra) Johnson of Castleberry and Zac Johnson of Brewton; two daughters, Helen Pugh and Shirley (David) Hunsinger, all of Castleberry; four grandchildren, Scotty Pugh, Davy Johnson, Joey Hunsinger and Jake Hunsinger; and two great-granddaughters, Jessica Pugh and Riley Ann Hunsinger.
Graveside funeral services will be held today, Wed., June 25, at 10 a.m. at Cooper Cemetery with the Rev. Andy Peavy officiating.
