BELLE MARIE TAYLOR GODWIN

Belle Marie Taylor Godwin, 59, of Castleberry, passed away Tuesday morning, July 22, 2014, in a Greenville nursing facility after a brief illness.
Funeral services were held on Fri., July 25, at 2 p.m., at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. Eddie Lollie officiating. Interment followed in Buffington Cemetery in Castleberry with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
She was a native and lifelong resident of Conecuh County, a member of Evergreen Assembly of God Church, a 1973 graduate of Lyeffion High School and a homemaker.
Survivors include her husband, Alfred Mason Godwin of Castleberry; two daughters, Nicki Godwin of Castleberry and Windy (Mark) Morris of Brewton; three brothers, Lynn Taylor of Evergreen, Robert Taylor of Arizona and Wayne Taylor of South Carolina; six sisters, Mary Brown and Elaine Sims, both of Evergreen, Eloise Sager of Montgomery, Louise Sims and Debbie Gray, both of Castleberry, and Rachel Horton of Birmingham; three grandchildren, Dexter Godwin, Matthew Brown and Paige Brooks; three great-grandchildren, Maddi Graves, Haley Graves and Rayley Edwards; three step-grandchildren, Erik Morris, Jillian Morris and Kaitlin Morris; and one step-great-grandchild, Noah Johnson.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John Percy Taylor and Jennie Pearl Salter; son, Jacob Godwin; and three brothers, Duke Taylor, James Taylor and Elaiselmer “Joe” Taylor.

Willis Gerald Crutchfield Sr., 89, of the Roberts Community, passed away Fri., July 25, 2014, in a Bay Minette nursing facility after a brief illness.
Graveside services were held on Sun., July 27, at 3 p.m., at Elim Cemetery in the Roberts Community with the Rev. Ron Headley and Speaker Gail Burnham officiating officiating. Interment immediately followed with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
He was a native of Range and a life long resident of the Roberts Community. He attended Elim School and W.S. Neal High School and graduated from Auburn High School. He was in the U.S. Army Air Corp, a brick mason in the construction industry and a very active member of Elim Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son, Gerald (Iris) Crutchfield of Brewton; daughter, Gail (Harold) Burnham of Andalusia; grandchildren, Lesley (Rodney) Rhodes, Chris (Beth) Crutchfield, Nicole Burnham (Jody) Jackson and Brandace Burnham (Michael) Wilson; great-grandchildren, Megan Langford, Collin Langford, Whitman Jackson, Haden Jackson and Caroline Crutchfield; great-great-granddaughter, Callie Grace Langford; and step-great-great-granddaughter, Genevieve Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rose Mary Fuqua Crutchfield.

RENEE JOANNE CHAVERS TROUSDALE

Renee JoAnne Chavers Trousdale, 55 of Douglas Avenue, Brewton, passed away Wednesday morning, July 23, 2014, in a local hospital after a brief illness.
Funeral services were held on Fri., July 25, at 11 a.m., at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Quick officiating. Interment followed in the Beulah Cemetery with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing.
She was a native of England and a life long resident of Brewton. She was of the Protestant faith and a homemaker.
Survivors include son, Jonathan Trousdale; daughter, Jamie LeAnn Chavers; brother- Darren Chavers, all of Brewton; and five grandchildren, Christian, Jarred, Wyatt, Jada, Holly and Jonathan.
She was preceded in death by her son, Chris Baggett.
