WSN’s boys tennis team beats Excel

The W.S. Neal boy’s tennis team earned their first win of the season Monday when they defeated the Excel Panthers 4-2. In girl’s action, WSN fell to 0-4 as they lost 1-5.
Boy’s singles:
No. 1: Isaac Watson lost 5-8
No. 2: Kody Kaufman won 8-1
No. 3: Harley Fuqua won 8-3
No. 4: Taconius Stallworth won 8-5
Boy’s doubles:
No. 1: Watson/Kaufman won 8-6
No. 2: Fuqua /Stallworth lost 6-8
Girl’s singles:
No. 1: Heather Thompson won 8-5
No. 2: Autumn Martin lost 6-8
No. 3: Carol Cordeiro lost 0-8
No. 4: Casey Mendoza lost 5-8
Girl’s doubles:
No. 1: Thompson/ Martin lost 6-8
No. 2: Cordeiro/Mendoza lost 3-8
