After seven games this season, Brewton’s Advance Babe Ruth team currently holds a record of 2-5.
Brewton started their season with four straight losses before winning two straight and then losing their most recent game.

Greenville 11,
Brewton 9
Greenville scored all 11 of their runs in the first inning to down Brewton 11-9.
JoJo Booker, Jordan Williams and Lane Chavers all pitched in the loss with Booker being the pitcher of record.
Booker went 2/3 of an inning and allowed 10 runs on two hits, walked seven and struck out one.
At the plate, Malcolm Hawthorne had three singles, Tyler Joyner had three singles and three RBIs, Derrick Barton had a single and an RBI, Booker had a double and two RBIs, Dakota Graves had a single and one RBI, Caleb Winton had an RBI single and O’Neil White added a single while Taylor Elliott had a triple.

Millbrook 8, Brewton 4
In their second, Brewton was doubled up by Millbrook 8-4.
Dalton Shell, Hawthorne and Williams pitched in the loss with Shell being the pitcher of record. Shell went five innings and allowed six runs, seven hits, walked three and struck out two.
Hawthorne had a single for Brewton while Caden Lodge had two triples. Joyner added a single and two RBIs while Booker had a single.
Graves added a single in the loss.

CC 10, Brewton 9
Leading Brewton 2-0 after one inning, CC scored seven in the second inning to aid them in a 10-9 win to keep Brewton winless this season.
Lodge took the pitching loss as he went 1 1/3 innings and allowed seven runs on three hits, and walked seven.
Elliott went the last 5 2/3 innings and allowed two runs on three hits, walked one and struck out four,
Hawthorne led with a triple and two singles while Joyner finished with a double and a single.
Booker added two singles and Chris Jones had two singles. Barton added two singles while Shell had one along with Graves and Lodge.

Opp 6, Brewton 5
Brewton fell to 0-4 with a 6-5 loss to Opp.
At the plate for Brewton, Hawthorne led with two singles along with Elliott. Booker had a double and two singles while Jones had a single.
Barton added a single as well as Shell.

Brewton picked up their first win of the season as they downed CC 2-0.
At the plate, Hawthorne had a double while Hunter Brittain added a single and a double. Booker had a single and one RBI while Jones had a single. Graves and Caleb Winton had a single each. Winton had an RBI for Brewton and pitched in the win.

Brewton picked up their second straight shutout win as they downed CC 5-0.
Joshua Winton pitched in the win for Brewton.
At the plate, Barton had a triple and Brittain had two singles. Joyner added a double and s single and Booker had a single.

Opp 8, Brewton 4
Brewton’s two-game winning streak came to an end as the lost to Opp 8-4.
At the plate, Hawthorne had a single while Joyner had a single and a double. Booker had a double and a homerun while Barton had a single. J. Winton added a single and C. Winton had a single in the loss.
