Brewton Babe Ruth 15U in championship game Wednesday

The Brewton Babe Ruth 15U team will play for the district championship Wednesday night in Poarch. The all-stars will play Monroe County at 5:30 p.m. for the championship.
So far in the tournament, Brewton is 2-0 after claiming a 7-4 win over Monroe County and an 18-0 win over Evergreen.
No stats or game information from those two games were known as of press time.
Brewton’s 15U all-stars include: Jacobey Hawthorne, Matt Hutchins, Weston Riddle, Hunter Revel, Daniel Reed, Kristian Taylor, Jason Konsler, Drew Williamson, Hunter Johnson, Micah Flores, Jeremy Gafford, PJ Lovelace, Russell Smith and Stokes Jennings.
David Jennings serves as head coach for the team.
