* Update: As of 8:15 a.m. Saturday, FPD Chief Bryan Davis is reporting Toby Matthew Jernigan is safe and home.

 

A Flomaton teen is missing, and police are asking for the public’s helping in bringing him home.

Chief Bryan Davis said Toby Matthew Jernigan, 16, was last seen on Monday night. It is believed Jernigan may be traveling with a man approximately 48-years-old who goes by the name “Scott.” The pair may be traveling in a

white Nissan or Toyota car.

Jernigan is described as a white male, approximately 6-foot tall weighing 130 pounds.
