Neal head volleyball coach Jason Blaney believes his team was out of sync early. “We started off slugglish and UMS took us out of our game,” Blaney said. “We started to realize in the second set that we could play with them and kept improving each set. It is early and we know what we have to work on. We’ll continue to work and improve through our practices.”
