Jefferson Davis Community College Warhawk basketball head coach Allen Gainer has announced his team’s schedule for the 2015-2016 season.

The Warhawks will play an exhibition game against LBW on Oct. 24 in Andalusia before beginning the season Friday, Nov.7 on the road at Marion Military.

JDCC will have their first home game on Saturday, Nov. 10 when they host Pensacola Christian. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m. in Brewton.

The Warhawks will play a 23-game regular season schedule with 12 home games scheduled and 11 away games.

JDCC will play 14 conference games with seven being home and seven away. Other conference teams are Bishop State, Enterprise, Chattahoochee Valley, Wallace-Selma, Alabama Southern, LBW and Faulkner State.

The Warhawks ended last season with a five-game losing streak with a season record of 5-19. The team was 2-12 in conference play.

Three players return from last year’s team, with 13 newcomers.
