WSN scores season high in points

The W.S. Neal boys varsity loss against Bayside and picked up a win against Cornerstone to go 1-1 in the Bayside Tournament in Birmingham on Fri. and Sat.
Bayside 57, Neal 40
Neal would have a poor shooting night, shooting 13-47 from the field and turned the ball over 18 times. “We could not get our shots to fall,” said WSN head coach Dewan Salter.
Leading the Eagles in the game were Tyshawn Davis with 16 points, five rebounds, and two assists; Darius Tolbert with 11 points, four rebounds and two steals; and Dalton Shell with five points and two rebounds.
Neal 80, Cornerstone 77
WSN scored their highest point total of the season on their way to victory over the Cornerstone Eagles. Neal had 28 turnovers.
Leading WSN were Tyshawn Davis with 21 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists, three steals and two blocks; Darius Tolbert with 18 points, nine rebounds and three blocks, Dalton Shell with 17 points and four rebounds; Troy Lewis with 10 points and three rebounds, and Treylon Watson with nine points.
