The T.R. Miller and W.S. Neal softball teams will compete in each respective area tournament this upcoming Tuesday.

Competing in 3A, Area 2 will be TRM, Hillcrest and the host team Opp.

Competing in 4A, Area 1 will be WSN, UMS-Wright and the host team Satsuma.

The top two teams from each tournament will advance to regionals.

Class 3A, Area 2

TRM will play Hillcrest on Tues., May 3 at 9 a.m. at Channel-Lee Stadium (Opp Middle School) in Opp.

The winner of the game will face Opp at 11 a.m.

The loser of game one will play the loser of game two at 1 p.m.

Game 4 will folllow at 3 p.m. between the winner of Game 2 and winner of Game 3.

If the loser of Game 4 suffered its first loss of the tournament a final game will follow at 5 p.m. to determine a winner.

Class 4A , Area 1

WSN will play UMS-Wright on Tues., May 3 at 4 p.m. The winner will face Satsuma at 6 p.m.

The loser of game one will play the loser of game two on May 5 at 3 p.m.

Game 4 will follow at 5 p.m. between the winner of Game 2 and Game 3.

If the loser of Game 4 suffered its first loss of the tournament a final game will follow at 7 p.m. to determine a winner.
