T.R. Miller gets ready for homecoming

Pictured is the 2016 T.R. Miller Homecoming Court. This year’s queen is Grace Ruzic. The senior class attendants are Tori Sims and Mi’Esha Straughn. Junior class attendants are Morgan Longmire and Armeshia Williams. Sophomore class attendants are Na’Diyan Smith and Gabbi Solomon. Freshman class attendants are Baleigh Douglas and Mary Paige Madden. Homecoming activities will be held on the TRM campus on Fri., Oct. 7.
T.R. Miller High School has announced its schedule for 2016 homecoming week. The schedule is as follows:
Thurs., Oct. 6
• Homecoming bonfire at 7:30 p.m. behind the TRM field house
Fri., Oct 7
• 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.: Alumni groups bring their floats to the front of the high school in preparation of parade;
• 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.: Alumni reception in the lobby of the new gymnasium;
• Noon to 1 p.m.: Pep rally in gymnasium
• 1:35 p.m.; parade convoy leaves the school:
• 2 p.m.; parade begins in downtown Brewton:
• 6:30 p.m.: Pre-game show at the football stadium. Alumni classes will be recognized at this time;
• 7 p.m. and, Flomaton versus TRM football game
