During the week of Aug. 26, 2017, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office responded to 182 complaints and nine domestic calls; served 89 civil papers; and performed 50 transports, two domestic escorts and five funeral escorts. Arrested were:

• Wiley B. Tait, 36, of Atmore, for domestic violence III
• James C. Nix, 51, of Brewton, for domestic violence II, interference with domestic violence emergency call
• Brandi R. Webb, 31, of Atmore, for failure to appear
• Stoney Mason, 33, of Century, Fla., for burglary I
• Erica N. Weaver, 31, of Brewton, for probation violation
• Christopher B. Johnson, 43, of Brewton, for bond revocation
• Jamie McCoy, 34, of Atmore, for failure to appear
• Edmund J. Davis, 35, of Brewton, for probation violation
