A workshop aimed at “healing your gut and restoring your health” will take place at Christ Kingdom Ministry Center in Brewton on Sat., Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to noon.

“Disease (and Health) Begins in the Gut,”  hosted by Shakeena Bradley, a holistic wellness educator, will focus on teaching attendees “life-changing strategies to heal your gut and get your health back on track.”

Registration is $20 and includes the workshop materials and a drawing to win gut health prize packages.
