2 sex offenders arrested

Two convicted sex offenders are behind bars for failing to register their addresses.
Justin Brian Wiggins, 32, of Frisco City, was arrested in the Stockton area of Baldwin County on Oct. 26, is also charged with residing with minor children.
Wiggins, who was convicted of rape II in Monroe County in 2004, was found residing with minor children in the McCullough community after investigators received the information.
Investigators said Wiggins had established residence in the McCullough community from around Oct. 1. Warrants were signed on Oct. 23.
He is currently being held on a $20,000 bond.
James Marzel Lewis Jr., 42, of Atmore, was arrested on Oct. 26. he was convicted of sexual abuse II in Montgomery County in 2010. He was arrested on Aug. 4, 2017, for sex offender violations and forgery in Escambia County and released on bond on Sept. 12.
He registered an address in Atmore, but when the address was checked, authorities found that he did not reside there.
He is currently being held at the Escambia County Detention Center without bond.
