Murder Creek softball kicked off on Saturday, Sept. 8.

The league hosted a 10-team tournament at the Brewton YMCA.

The league is compiled of 10U, 12U, and 15U age divisions with multiple teams.

“All of the teams played great and were very competitive. With the heat playing a huge factor, everything went really well and everyone did a great job,” league coach Greg Dawkins said.

Murder Creek will play 10U and 12U games on Tuesday nights at Brewton YMCA and in East Brewton at 5:30 p.m. and at 7 p.m.

15U teams will play on Saturdays at 5:30 and 7 p.m.

“We would like for everyone to come out and join us for each of our games,” Dawkins said.
