Steven Wayne Rose, 53, passed away Sept.17, 2018 in a local hospital, after a brief illness.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter “Bob” Rose & Mary Frances Rose, and a brother, Kenneth Ray Rose.
He is survived by his daughters; Brittany (David) Cruz of Texas, Jessica (Brad) Fowler of Arizona, and 8 grandchildren. Siblings; Ronnie (Sharon) Rose, Debbie (Grant) Kirk, Alice (Davey) Grantham, Bill (Elizabeth) Rose, Charlie (Allison)Rose, John (Carmen) Rose; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Sept 30, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the “L” House, on the boardwalk in downtown Brewton to celebrate the life of Steven Rose.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Heart Association in his memory.
The family feels that if Steven could share with you before leaving this earth it would be found in John 3:16…For God so loved the world that he sent his only begotten son that whosoever will believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. And Romans 10:8-10, The message is close at hand; it is on your lips and in your heart. For if you confess with your mouth that “Jesus is Lord” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
