MR. CHARLES DANIEL BROWDER

Graveside services were held at 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 8, 2018 at the Midway Cemetery in Sumrall, Mississippi for Mr. Charles Daniel Browder, 86, who passed away Oct. 5, 2018 at Merit Health Wesley. Bro. Blake McCain officiated.
Mr. Browder was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Emmons Browder; parents, Author and Katie Browder; siblings, A.B. Browder Jr., George Gerald Browder, Willis Leon Browder, Allie Browder Loper, Ella Ruth Browder Steen, Catherine Elizabeth Peterson, Jaffie Jeneal Browder Darby, Jewel Browder, and Mary Sue Browder.
He is survived by his son, Jody Schultz of Brewton; grandson, Trent Schultz of Tennessee; sister, Carolyn Dickins of Sumrall, Mississippi.
Mr. Browder was a member of the Assembly of God Church and a U.S. Army Veteran.
Jones and Son Funeral Home at Hattiesburg, Mississippi was in charge of arrangements.

MR WILLIE RAYMOND SALTER
Castleberry
Mr. Willie Raymond Salter, 77, passed away Sun., Oct. 7, 2018 in a Pensacola hospital.
Mr. Salter was born in Pensacola, Florida and had been a resident of the Brewton area prior to moving to Castleberry in November 1999. He was a U.S. Army veteran; had worked as a machine operator at Container Corporations for 39 years; and was a farmer. He was a member of the Country Boy Hunting Club, loved to hunt and fish, and was a avid fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide. He was a member of Victory Christian Center. Mr. Salter was preceded in death by his parents, Jacob Salter and Gertrude Raines Salter.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carolyn E. Salter of Castleberry, Alabama; three sons, Tony (Janice) Salter, Ricky (Tracey) Salter, and Scotty Salter, all of Castleberry, Alabama; one daughter, Tanya (Steve) Massingill of Appleton, Alabama; one Sister, Janice Pettis of Brewton, Alabama; nine grandchildren, Brent Salter, Jake Salter, Brittany Salter, Travis Salter, Daniel Salter, Matt Salter, Courtney Massingill, Trey Salter, and Garrett Salter; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2018 at 11 a.m. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Sherrer and Rev. Andy Peavy officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery.
Visitation was held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Tuesday from 10 a.m until 11 a.m. service time.
Mr. Salter’s grandsons serves as pallbearers.

MR. HAYWARD TILMAN HENRY
Escambia County
Mr. Hayward Tilman Henry, 76, passed away Sunday, Oct. 7, 2018 at Providence Hospital in Mobile, Alabama.
He was a resident of Escambia County, Alabama. He was a member of the W.S. Neal High School Class of 1961, and was a member of Glory Hill Holiness Church. He worked as a driller at Noble Drilling Company for a number of years. He loved his family and taking care of of all of his dogs. Mr. Henry was preceded in death by his mother, Flarrie Ann Henry; and many brothers and sisters, Harold, Harvey, Harrison, Horace, Ranson, Linda, Lillian, Finnie, Lucille, and Voncile.
He leaves his wife of 56 years, Bonnie Cain Henry of Appleton; two daughters, Kathy (Ken) Douglas of Appleton, Melinda (James) Jordan of Brewton; one son, Marvin (Amanda) Henry of Wing; two brothers, Hardy Henry of Picayune, MS, and Howard Henry of Appleton; four grandchildren, Kevin (Emily) Douglas of Brewton, Whitney (Kody) Grimes of Leesville, Louisiana, Chrissy Jordan of Evergreen, and Jamie Jordan of Mobile; two great-grandchildren, Brooks Douglas, and Gracelyn Grimes.
Funeral Services was held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 3:30 p.m.. from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Bro. Steve Cooper officiating. Interment will follow in Cooper Cemetery.
Visitation was held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2:30 p.m.. until service time at 3:30 p.m.
