The Brewton Police Department said Friday evening that they are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a local teen.

Talaysia Dortch, 16, was last seen by her mother inside their residence on Wednesday, Jan. 16.

Dortch is described as being a black female, standing approximately  5-feet-3-inches tall and weighs around 110 pounds.

Anyone with information about Dortch’s whereabouts is asked to contact the BPD at 251-867-3212.
