Pro Air had its grand reopening last Wednesday since opening in March 2017 and joining the Chamber of Commerce last year. Pro Air was also named the Greater Brewton Area Chamber of Commerce’s first ever Business of the Month.

Pro Air is owned by Matt Salter of Brewton and Matt Salter of Evergreen. Salter of Brewton ran  an HVAC business in Conecuh County for more than a decade. Salter of Evergreen worked for Salter of Brewton several years ago and also has several years of experience. After Salter of Evergreen earned his electrical license, the two decided to join forces and expand to Brewton.

“We now work in Monroeville, Evergreen, Brewton, Atmore and all of the towns in between,” Salter of Brewton said.

Both Salters pride themselves on providing quality work and developing a sense of trust with their customers. They explained that the majority of customers don’t know a lot about air conditioners, so they don’t realize when other companies do substandard work.

“We’ve picked up a lot of customers here who think that their AC is supposed to tear up three times a year,” Salter of Evergreen said. “Until we come in and do what needs to be done, and then we end up running into them at the grocery store about a year later, and they tell us they haven’t had a problem since we left.”
